Description from UCE perspective
People can explore the world and connect to each other through playful interactions. While some activities are very task-oriented, other activities derive importance from more indirect goals such as keeping connected to people, exploring the world and playing games. Through design research we examine how ideas from traditional games combined with technological opportunities can stimulate physical and social activities. For example, intelligent play environments in which children collaboratively play games receiving feedback to their own activities.
